Some skin types are just more susceptible to acne breakouts.  This is a fact.  Acne prone skin, however, is not only a product of genetics.  Acne prone skin can also be caused by other factors such as developing allergic reactions to particular substances, neglect, an unhealthy lifestyle, and incessant exposure to stress.Indeed, the best way to care for acne prone skin is to avoid the factors that cause it.  An ounce of prevention, as they say, is always worth more than a pound of cure.

Mike Walden’s well-received and highly praised eBook, Acne No More, (click here for the Acne No More website) reveals some fantastic and very effective tips on how to take care of acne prone skin so that pimple breakouts may be prevented.  Here are just some of them:

- Wash your face regularly, preferably with hypoallergenic soap (especially if you can’t pinpoint the origins of your acne episodes) and warm water.  Why warm water?  Because warm water stimulates the skin’s pores so that they can open up and flush out the unwanted substances they may have inadvertently absorbed.

- Vitamin E intake can help strengthen the rejuvenative properties of the skin.

- Vitamin A intake over a period of half-a-year is also known to help prevent acne.  Vitamin A contains a derivative called isotretinoin which reduces oil production from the glands.  Less oil means less food for acne-producing bacteria.

More revolutionary tips can be found in the pages of Mike Walden’s eBook, including a very easy acne home remedy that won’t cost you a single cent and is sure to remove acne over a period of 2 to 3 days.

So if your acne is really getting you down and you want to get rid of it, click here to find out how you can.
